Single points
in your birth chart, looked up one at a time

Your chart is not one sign — it is a set of points: rising sign, Moon, Venus, MC and more. Each tells a different part of the story. Here they are, one by one, free and in plain language.

Every point

Common questions

Which point should I start with?
Your rising sign or your Moon sign. The rising sign describes how you come across, the Moon what you need internally — together with your Sun sign they form the "big three" most people begin with.
Do I need my birth time for all of these?
No. Moon, Venus, Neptune and South Node can usually be pinned from your birth date alone. Rising sign, Descendant, MC and IC are angles — they move through all twelve signs in a single day, so those need a time and a place.
What is the difference between a point and a house?
A point is the "what" — Venus stands for love and value. The sign is the "how", the house the "where" in life. Houses live in the house calculator, the connections between points under aspects.
How to use this

From one point to the whole picture

  1. Start with one point

Most people start with their rising sign or Moon sign — those are the two that feel most immediately recognisable.

  2. Check it against yourself

Read the interpretation as a question, not a verdict. What do you recognise, what lands nowhere? Both tell you something.

  3. Put the points together

Single points are building blocks. The full birth chart shows how they interact — that is where the parts become a picture.
