For contracts about digital content and services, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can exercise it at any time and without giving a reason — using the form below, by email, or by post.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Independently of this, our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee under our terms applies to digital products (e.g. personalized PDF books, calendar downloads and planners) — even where your statutory right of withdrawal has already expired because the download began.
